In a survey from Exodus to Psalms to Hebrews we saw the Scriptures demonstrate over and over again, that not trusting God was the greatest of follies. "Take care, brethren, that there not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called "Today," so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin [not trusting Him]. For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end..." (Heb. 3:12-14) Put in the positive... HAVE A BELIEVING HEART!
- Trust Your God who has proved Himself over and over.
- Learn from the examples of the Old Testament: "So we see that they were not able to enter because of unbelief." (Heb. 3:19)
- Unbelief causes hard hearts and provokes our God.
- "Today if you hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts." (Heb. 4:7)
- Trust brings joy, relationship and blessing!
