Celebrating Our Family

Celebrating the Retirement of Rick & Rose Lenger

We celebrated a special Family Sunday starting with our annual Family Meeting (see more below).

During the worship hour, we took time to celebrate a key couple in our church family-- Rick & Rose Lenger. Rick has served as Principal for our school for the last 4 years. They stepped into their calling, moved to Long Beach and made many personal sacrifices to serve our school and church family. This was an apt tribute and celebration for a couple who served well.

We also looked into a Scripture that the Lengers, lived out--Colossians 3 (vs 12+)

Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience....over all these virtues put on love...

Thank you Rick and Rose for living this out and for investing in the next generation through your fruitful ministry with our school!

High School Camp July 28-31 we will be in Valley Center (North San Diego County) with a pool and jacuzzi, Bible study, boating, hiking, exploring, a trip to Old Town Temecula, a visit to Palomar Observatory, worship, and a ridiculous amount of fun. Summer Day Camp for Technology and Science for elementary students also has some slots still available!
