SEEK THE SHALOM OF YOUR CITY
Former Pastor at Los Altos Grace, Donald Shoemaker returned to share a heart-felt challenge to "seek the peace of the city." This message rose out of a personal encounter, he had with the the Scripture in Jeremiah chapter 29.  Donald Shoemaker

Shoemaker shared 3 practical and principled ways you can make a difference in the community:

  1. Settle into the life of your community (Jer. 29:4-6)

  2. Seek peace [shalom] in your community (Jer. 29:7)

  3. Stop listening to teachings that lead you to withdrawal from your community (Jer. 29:8-9)

You can find out more about his current ministry on his website at http://DonaldShoemakerMinistries.com/

5 PRACTICAL WAYS TO USE HALLOWEEN FOR JESUS
Sadly, we live in a culture where the idea of knocking on your neighbors door and having a conversation sounds completely alien. Many of our neighborhoods operate on an unspoken understanding of "If you ignore me, I'll return the favor."
