P'taah: You know, beloved ones, when you are in the thank yous as you go about your day-to-day life, you may indeed include in the wording of your thank yous, "Thank you for this game we play." Because sometimes you get very bogged down with the heaviness of emotion and you forget about light, lightness, light-heartedness. And when you remind yourself that this is the game and that you may surround yourself with all of the beauty and all of the fun and joy and lightness no matter what, you add a certain champagne bubble to your life. How's that?
Q: (Laughing) I love that and I won't have a hangover.
P'taah: No hangover.
Well, you know the other thing about your thank you's is that when you take the time to be in the thank you's, very often you remind yourself of the gifts that are there for you in whatever circumstances you find yourself. Because no matter how dire the situation is, there is always something that is beautiful for you, some beautiful gift.
And the other thing that is important for you all is to be in the recognition of the wonderful interior world you live in. Now, beloved, we know that you are very aware of this. One day you spent the day recording your life.
Q: (Laughs) Yes, I did. Oh, that was wonderful.
P'taah: And you were astounded to find that in what appeared to be a nothing kind of a day, in fact your interior world was so wonderful and you were in recognition of this.
And you know, the richness of life exists within you, not anything outside of you. The riches and richness of your interior life are such a joy. And, you know, it is all yours and you create it moment by moment. So that is another thing to be aware of--this wonderful world that you inhabit in what you would call inside your head, but of course nothing exists inside your head except a computer.
However, that is a good expression really because it reminds you that your interior world is yours to direct. It is yours to be aware of. And it is this interior world that creates your exterior world. Mmm? If you are aware of the riches and richness of your interior world, then indeed, the exterior world has to show forth the same thing.
Q: Now that is a new thought and it's a very important thought. It's very easy to focus on trying to change the exterior. But what you've said now is that it is the interior that will, in fact, reflect and impact the exterior.
P'taah: Exactly so. Very good, beloved!
Q: Oh, thank you, P'taah.
P'taah: And always, my dear ones, such a joy. Such fun to have these interactions, we would say. Always a joy.
So with the greatest love to you and to all who listen, we issue forth, Namaste and farewell for this now.
Q: Farewell. Thank you.
