Greetings!
As we recover from Superstorm Sandy, we hope you and your families are safe and returning to normalcy.  Our hearts go out to those who were impacted by the devastating storm.  We hope the uplifting spirit of ARB's Nutcracker will work its magic and bring back the holiday spirit...

Read on for details about our Nutcracker performances and festivities, including the Annual Alumni Gathering and Nutcracker Sweets Tea Parties.

Beyond Nutcracker, the local dance community is buzzing with activity throughout November.  Please join us for the free "Behind the Curtain: Inside Swan Lake" On Pointe Enrichment Series event on Friday, November 9 at 5:15pm at Princeton Ballet School.  Also, our friends at Ballet in Cinema films and Princeton University have more dance to see onscreen.

We're also gearing up for our Annual Gala this Spring, so please save the date: April 20, 2013.  And we have wonderful pictures to share from the recent Emerging Artist Showcase.

 Please continue for much, much more...

Support Us

Following the devastation of Hurricane Sandy, donating to an arts organization may not feel particularly relevant.  But in these times, arts can be a way to uplift spirits and provide hope where it may be lost.  Your donation to a disaster relief organization provides food for the body. Your gift to ARB provides food for the soul. Both are needed. Your gift today brings to light ARB's vision:

TO EXCITE: audiences all over New Jersey with the exciting new repertoire performed by the professional dancers of American Repertory Ballet;

TO ENLIGHTEN: the students of Princeton Ballet School with the highest quality dance
education in studios in Princeton, Cranbury and New Brunswick. This year, Princeton Ballet School's property in the Historic District of Cranbury required serious renovations. Your support would be very valuable in helping Princeton Ballet School defray the costs of construction.

TO ENTERTAIN: the young and the old with ARB's Nutcracker, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2013.

AND TO INSPIRE: all dancers, young and old, including those whose families can't afford to
pay for dance classes, and ARB's DANCE POWER students from the New Brunswick public schools.

...with the beauty and passion of dance.  Your gift will brighten this vision for the 2012-2013 season.
