It's the most wonderful time of the year! The new moon has heralded in the blessed month of Ramadhan, filled with the Mercy of Allah. It's the time of year we more closely feel the pangs of hunger the needy feel every day, the time the plight of the homeless becomes even more tangible as we brave the summer heat outdoors. UMF's Hungerteam runs annually on $15,000 and a whole ton of selfless volunteers.
