It's volunteer appreciation week, and we can't thank our volunteers enough for all the amazing things they've helped set up at UMF. 

Did you know that UMF runs mainly on volunteer fuel! Our Guides Lieutenants and Advisors work tirelessly to ensure exciting programs for the children each month, while our HungerTeam volunteers work tirelessly on the ground in local communities, getting help to those in need. Our Uni'Tea' participants and speakers give their time and share their expertise and talents with Muslims who come to enjoy the programs from all over town and our Board Members direct the organization forward, putting many hours into the strategic planning and vision that makes UMF successful. And then there's those who help us market events, sell discount cards and event tickets, offer us space to host activities,  create fliers, logos and video ads, and so much more! They say it takes a village to raise a child, so you can only imagine the scope of community involvement  it has taken to make UMF the success it is today, a decade later.
