IDEA SWAP ROUND-UP
Idea Swap attendee
Last Thursday in Worcester, MA, almost 125 attendees from New England presenting organizations gathered to network and share project ideas at the 13th annual Idea Swap. Buzzing with excitement and sprinkled with a few live performances, the day resulted in 74 swapped project ideas.

PUBLIC ART HAPPENINGS
NEFA-supported pieceLiliana Folta, a visual artist residing in Boston, was chosen by the Fort Point Arts Community to create a NEFA-supported public art piece (pictured right). Learn more about Liliana and her installation in NEFA's exclusive interview.

UP NEXT ON CENTER STAGE
Center Stage artistsCenter Stage Season Two ended with a performance of Arabesque in San Diego on November 15. Since June, seven music and dance ensembles from Morocco, Pakistan, and Vietnam have made their way across the U.S. from Portland, ME, to Birmingham, AL, to Seattle, WA. 

Season Three planning is already in the works. The Center Stage team is currently reviewing 150 nominations received from Algeria, Egypt, Kenya, and Tanzania, and anticipate announcing the selected ensembles and countries in the summer of 2015.
