ASM Accomplishments

This section in our newsletter is to brag a little bit about our accomplishments we have achieved for our clients. It will give you an idea of what we may be able to accomplish for your company!

Case Studies:
 
-  ASM negotiated a portfolio laundry deal for one client that resulted in all new front load equipment and a 35% increase in the revenue share percentage over the previous agreement (and actual revenues have increased by an additional 25% above what was anticipated).  The new offer was from a different provider and the client is extremely happy with the new provider.

 
ASM has successfully negotiated numerous telecom agreements that allow multiple telecom providers on a property (including sharing of coax wiring) while still maximizing revenue for marketing one or more service providers. 
 
 
ASM negotiated various Telecom agreements for one client that increased the revenue for the properties (over the pre-ASM negotiated agreements) by 551%, 229%, 225% 102% 100% 90%, 90% 84% and 61% respectively.
