The 2015 NAA conference and exhibition is almost here! Vegas here we come!
Andrew, Rick and Chris from ASM will be attending, so if you wanted to learn more about how to save time and money with our program, they can take a few minutes to discuss it with you.

We focus heavily on increasing your NOI, and we are experts in all areas of ancillary programs while specializing in contract negotiations with all of your vendors.  We work with companies such as Bozzuto, Equity Management, and Drucker and Faulk, and would love to discuss what we have done to help them in areas that you are probably feeling pain in.

Would you like to enter the easiest contest you will ever enter? Just watch our video to be entered into our contest to win a Visa gift card!. Good luck!

The winner of our May contest is Melanie French with Cortland Partners! Congrats Melanie!

ASM Accomplishments

This section in our newsletter is to brag a little bit about our accomplishments we have achieved for our clients. It will give you an idea of what we may be able to accomplish for your company!

Case Studies:

ASM has been successful in renegotiating telecom and laundry agreements several years before the current agreements expire.  In doing so, ASM has been able to improve one or more of the following: the recurring revenue from the provider, a new door fee from the provider, new or improved services, new equipment.

ASM renegotiated waste compactor rental agreements on 4 communities for a client.  This reduced their compactor rental expense by an average of 42% per property.

ASM was able to combine multiple properties from several different clients into one offer from a telecom provider, thus improving the offer for all clients.  The result was approx $750,000 in door fee revenue for the group (and many of the properties were less than 100 units).  In addition ASM added a new recurring revenue stream for approx. 25% of the group.

Pretty impressive, right? If you'd like to learn if we can do this for your company, please contact us for your free evaluation!
