ASM Accomplishments

 

This section in our newsletter is to brag a little bit about our accomplishments we have achieved for our clients. It will give you an idea of what we may be able to accomplish for your company!

 

Case Studies:

 

-  ASM, for one client, was able to create, on a dozen trash hauling agreements, over $70,000 in savings over a 3 year period.  In addition to the expense savings, we were able to create and standardize the owner's trash hauling agreement such that the terms and conditions provided flexibility for the owner over the life of the contract.

 

ASM was able to terminate an existing Laundry agreement that automatically renewed 2 years earlier and still had 5 years remaining.  Under the newly ASM negotiated agreement we were able to provide the client a new signing bonus and an increased monthly revenue share that was higher than the previous agreement.

 

ASM successfully terminated a client's portfolio wide telecom agreement with one provider several years earlier than the term listed in the agreements. This enabled ASM the ability to negotiate a portfolio wide telecom agreement with another telecom provider.  The new agreement generated door fee revenue of approximately $95,000 total for the client (approx 1,500 units) and has increased recurring revenue by approximately $10,000 a quarter since implementation.

Join us in welcoming Rick Connor to the ASM team as the Director of Business Development. He brings almost 20 years of multi-family acumen. His primary function at ASM will be focused on the development and management of new and existing client ancillary programs. In addition, he will be implementing new processes to ASM's business strategy to ultimately provide an even better customer experience.

 

Prior to joining ASM, Rick has held ownership positions at some of the industry's services providers in addition to having a tenure of almost 10 years at Equity Residential where he held the position of Assistant Vice President of Strategic Business Development.
