Tips and Hints

Today's new obsession is finding your name on a coke bottle, and once you do, taking a picture and uploading it to social media, a genius marketing plan by Coke. Jessica Fiur discusses why you should steal the Coca Cola marketing plan for your apartment communities:

ASM Accomplishments

This section in our newsletter is to brag a little bit about our accomplishments we have achieved for our clients. It will give you an idea of what we may be able to accomplish for your company!

Case Studies:

- ASM has been successful in renegotiating telecom and laundry agreements several years before the current agreements expire. In doing so, ASM has been able to improve one or more of the following: the recurring revenue from the provider, a new door fee from the provider, new or improved services, or new equipment.

- ASM renegotiated waste compactor rental agreements on 4 communities for a client. This reduced their compactor rental expense by an average of 42% per property.

- ASM successfully terminated a client's portfolio wide telecom agreement with one provider several years earlier than the term listed in the agreements. This enabled ASM the ability to negotiate a portfolio wide telecom agreement with another telecom provider. The new agreement generated door fee revenue of approximately $95,000 total for the client (approx 1,500 units) and has increased recurring revenue by approximately $10,000 a quarter since implementation.

Pretty impressive, right? If you'd like to learn if we can do this for your company, please contact us for your free evaluation!
