Mother Nature sure is putting a beating on us this winter! Here in the mid-atlantic, we've seen snow on the ground for the most part since December...when will it stop!! At least not for a couple weeks, great for skiers, not so great for those of you thinking of warm days and flip flops.

Case Studies:

 

- An ASM client took over management of a property. Upon ASM reviewing the telecom agreement that was in place with the provider the discovery was made that the provider had not paid the marketing payment for several years (due to the fact that they were unable to get the current owners legal name and tax ID). Upon ASM providing the current owner's information to the provider, the property received a payment of approximately $95,000. 


 

- ASM successfully terminated a client's portfolio wide telecom agreement with a provider early so ASM could negotiate a portfolio telecom agreement with another telecom provider. The agreement ASM negotiated for the client generated door fee revenue of approximately $95,000 total for the client (approx 1,500 units) and has increased recurring revenue by approximately $10,000 a quarter since implementation.

New Hire-Sherrie Franklin as Director of Sales!

 

 

Ancillary Services Management (ASM) is proud to announce and welcome Sherrie Franklin as the Company's Director of Sales. Sherrie will be responsible for new business development, driving revenue, and building client relationships.

 

Sherrie joins Ancillary Services Management from LeaseHawk , previously CallSource, located in Scottsdale, AZ. During her successful tenure at LeaseHawk, Sherrie increased the company's growth in Florida starting from zero to one million dollars in annual revenue!

 

Sherrie brings 10+ years of multi-family experience with her to Ancillary Services Management. She is also very involved in the industry. Sherrie was on the Board of Directors for the South East Florida Apartment Association (SEFAA) for three years, Co-Chair of the Education Committee for the past four years for SEFAA, Volunteer of the Year for SEFAA in 2011, and Associate Executive of the Year for SEFAA in 2012.
