The new year is fast approaching, and schedules get busy implementing all the initiatives planned for 2014. You can allow us to take negotiating your ancillary contracts off your plate! We start by reviewing your current contracts, which can be telecom, laundry, waste, or utility billing, etc. We look to see if there is any opportunity to find you savings or increase your revenue. We will meet with providers, collect proposals, and help you decide which provider best suits your needs and your portfolio. We then negotiate the contract on your behalf, picking up the legal fees. Once the contract meets your approval, we will help implement and manage the program, making sure everything runs smoothly. Case Studies:
- ASM negotiated a 5 year (20+ properties) telecom agreement for a client that resulted in over $700,000 in door fee revenue for our client. Based on current revenue received, ASM is anticipating an increase in recurring revenue of approximately $150,000 for each year of the agreement.
- ASM has successfully negotiated numerous telecom agreements that allow multiple telecom providers on a property (including sharing of coax wiring) while still maximizing revenue for marketing one or more service providers.
