We are participating in a few events this September and hope to see you there!

First, we will be at the Maryland Multi-Housing Association's Business Exchange Wednesday, September 11th, providing companies with information about us and what we can do to increase their NOI! Next, we are sponsoring one of Multifamily Insider's Webinar Wednesdays, Beyond Craigslist: Leveraging Cost Effective Marketing Channels Without Breaking the Bank. During this webinar they will take a closer look at how you can better utilize your leasing teams while reducing costs, including discussions about:

ASM Accomplishments

 

This section in our newsletter is to brag a little bit about our accomplishments we have achieved for our clients. It will give you an idea of what we may be able to accomplish for your company!

 

Case Studies:

 

- An ASM client purchased a property that had an existing exclusive marketing telecom agreement for video and data service.   Based on the current take rates, the property would never achieve high enough take rates to generate revenue for marketing the telecom provider's services. ASM was able to renegotiate a new agreement with the provider to ensure that the property would begin generating revenue for marketing the provider's services immediately (and expanded the revenue generating marketed services as well).

 

- ASM has been able to negotiate telecom agreements for a few communities that enabled the properties to receive revenue for just allowing a telecom provider on a property with no marketing rights; thus avoiding any issues with the exclusive marketing rights of the telecom provider on the property that has exclusive marketing rights.
