ASM Accomplishments
This section in our newsletter is to brag a little bit about our accomplishments we have achieved for our clients. It will give you an idea of what we may be able to accomplish for your company!
Case Study:
- ASM was able to combine multiple properties from various clients into one offer from a telecom provider, thus improving the offer for all clients. The result was approximately $750,000 in door fee revenue for the group (and some of the properties were less than 100 units) and ASM added a new recurring revenue stream for approx 25% of the group.
- ASM was able to get a new client out of a Laundry agreement that auto renewed 2 years earlier and still had 5 years remaining. The new ASM negotiated agreement included a new signing bonus plus a higher monthly revenue share than the previous agreement.
