Case Study:
- ASM has been successful in finding ways to terminate poor revenue generating agreements when a property was purchased by a client and renegotiate new agreements with better terms and conditions which also improved upon the revenue generating or expense savings component.
- ASM has been successful in renegotiating telecom and laundry agreements several years before the current agreements expire. In doing so, ASM has been able to improve one or more of the following: the recurring revenue from the provider, a new door fee from the provider, new or improved services, new equipment.
