Case Study:
An ASM client purchased a property that had an existing exclusive marketing telecom agreement with 8 years remaining. The current agreement covered Video, Data and Phone service. The current agreement had no door fee or recurring revenue associated with it. ASM was able to find a way to terminate the current agreement and renegotiate a new exclusive marketing agreement that included a door fee and recurring revenue.
