"We are proud to be honored as a Top Achiever in The Chicago Tribune National Standard Top Workplaces for 2012," said John Mayes, President and CEO. "We are an organization that has almost doubled in size during the past couple of years in response to meeting the needs of the expanding demand for community-based services for persons with mental illness reentering the community from nursing homes and Cook County jail. It is gratifying to know that our employees believe we are managing our growth and expansion in a positive and constructive manner, while still meeting our Mission."
