"We are proud to be honored as a Top Achiever in The Chicago Tribune National Standard Top Workplaces for 2012," said John Mayes, President and CEO. "We are an organization that has almost doubled in size during the past couple of years in response to meeting the needs of the expanding demand for community-based services for persons with mental illness reentering the community from nursing homes and Cook County jail.  It is gratifying to know that our employees believe we are managing our growth and expansion in a positive and constructive manner, while still meeting our Mission."

A Story of Hope

A Story of Hope...

We want to give a "shout out" to our Williams Teams at Trilogy. Trilogy was chosen as one of five providers by the State of Illinois to assist more than 260 individuals transitioning from nursing homes into their own apartments. Many of these individuals have never lived on their own or have not done so for many years. Since June, our Williams Teams have successfully transitioned more than 50 individuals into the community.

 Male Trilogy Client

Men and women who have lived in a nursing home setting for most of their lives are now shopping for food, making meals for themselves and doing all the things so many of us take for granted as we go about our daily lives. They are taking walks and learning about their new neighborhoods. They are engaged in employment activities and working. For the first time in their lives, they are independent. We want to thank the Williams Team at Trilogy for helping these men and women regain the hope and optimisms that comes with independent living.
