Certificate in Positive Leadership - Medicine Hat College, Continuing Studies
Join us for a FREE session and learn about the principles of this Certificate program. As managers and leaders struggle to keep up the morale of their staff and reducing stress, Medicine Hat College is offering a new Certificate program designed to help drive performance, creativity and innovation in the workplace. Positive Leadership is where positive psychology and Appreciative Inquiry meet best practices in transformational leadership. Best practices in transformational leadership include modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, challenging the process, enabling others to act, and encouraging the heart. These foundations have been integrated into the DREAM MK + and ME.WE.US + Leadership Systems. The program has been designed and will be delivered by Robin Levesque. Robin also teaches Project Management and Contract Management Certificates at MHC.

This session continues Positive Leadership focusing on 'WE' (interpersonal effectiveness and team building). Discover from your peers the difference between good teams and bad teams and their effect to performance and outcomes.
Date: Tues, Aug 16
Time: 9am-12pm
Location: F1007
