Last month, we were pleased to announce that we were able to work with our regional air carrier, Air Canada, to research and investigate their fares and costs and encourage the overall reduction in fares from Medicine Hat. We will continue to stay on top of this issue and work with them to alleviate the cost constraints of air travel from our region. In addition, we've been able to work with Air Canada to provide an educational piece highlighting the discounted flight pass opportunity and are pleased to share the following VIDEO (2:44) with you, which is customized to our market. We are continuing to work with Air Canada on moving towards a corridor zone pass, which would explore the Medicine Hat, Calgary and Edmonton market. One more example of your Chamber working for you!

Len Vandervaart, a veteran faculty member, dean and leader has accepted the post of vice-president academic at Medicine Hat College.
