Now that the RAC has submitted its advice to the Alberta government, we have reached an important milestone. The next step is for the Government of Alberta to develop a draft regional plan for the South Saskatchewan Region. This will be informed by the Regional Advisory Council's advice, cross-ministry knowledge and the views of residents, businesses, communities and other governments that have a stake in the region and its future. Your input on these recommendations is essential as the government works to develop a draft regional plan. Albertans can provide their input for the South Saskatchewan Regional Plan through an online workbook, available until December 21.
