Pat Gardner
Interment for Pat Gardner will occur at Arlington National Cemetery at 10:00 AM on July 31, 2015. The Rev. Bernie Schroeder will officiate.
Stuff The Truck
FCS Food Pantry will again sponsor a "Stuff The Truck" food collection event. It is tentatively scheduled for Aug. 23. Help fill the mail cart in the narthex.
Saint Patrick's Yard Sale & Flea Market
On September 19, St. Patrick's will hold its major fund raiser to help gather money for the matching grant we have received from the Diocese. Now is the time to take a look around and see what things you might be itching to get rid of. Books, games, movies, clothes, small appliances, electronics, household items, etc. are welcome. More information will be coming about this event as the date gets nearer. There will be a planning meeting right after service on Sunday, July 19. Please join us with your ideas and suggestions.

Your love for us is unfailing. You have blessed this church -- a caring community where all are welcome and each is valued. Renew our faith during this time of transition.
Be with our pastoral search committee. Give them unity of purpose, and help them listen carefully to your voice. Let us be mindful that you are calling the right person to shepherd your flock at St. Patrick's.

Almighty God, the fountain of all wisdom, you know our necessities before we ask and our ignorance in asking: Have compassion on our weakness, and mercifully give us those things which for our unworthiness we dare not, and for our blindness we cannot ask; through the worthiness of your Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
