Dear Knights,

I hope you had a great weekend.  On Saturday night, the Foothill Education Foundation hosted its annual Spring Auction.  This year's event was held at Angel Stadium and was a huge success.  Everyone had a great time and came together to support Foothill's students.  Thank you to everyone that came out and donated money, to the entire EdFund Board, and to Kerry Racanelli for making the entire night come together. 

Our Gold Ribbon School validation visit went very well.  The team, comprised of educators from Orange County Department of Education was very impressed with the engineering lab and all of the projects that the kids are working on as well as Foothill in general.  As they left, they said that they were truly inspired by the good work that our staff and students are doing.  It's always nice to hear nice stuff about our school and its very validating of the hard work that goes into making Foothill special. 

Please mark your calendars for the Foothill Showcase on April 13.  All of Foothill will be on display, from our championship athletic teams, to the IB & AVID programs, to the Engineering lab.  The Showcase is an event for the entire community.  Please click on the flyer here for more information.  See you then!
