As Director of Human Resources at Gray, Gray & Gray, Janet is responsible for the development of our most important resource - our people. She knows that the individuals who make up our team are the people who allow us to provide the superior level of service our clients have come to expect from their accounting firm.

Janet joined Gray, Gray & Gray in 2015 after successful HR management positions with several prominent organizations in the architecture/design, technology and venture capital fields. She is a graduate of Wellesley College, and has attained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. Janet is a member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum, the New England Human Resources Association, and the Weymouth Town Scholarship Committee. Learn more about Janet here.
