Bringing over 20 years of human resources experience to Gray, Gray & Gray, Mike will oversee all internal HR duties, as well as staff recruitment and retention for our rapidly growing firm. Throughout his career, Mike has successfully increased staff satisfaction, retention and diversity, while lowering turnover. His past experience includes Director of Human Resources for the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership, Human Resources Manager for the MENTOR Network, and Director of Human Resources for the Hyatt Corporation.
