We hope you have been having a great fall so far! The fall is always a busy time here as we begin to prepare for the holiday season. National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week is November 14-22. We will be having various Dine to Donate events at several local restaurants in November to raise money for our programs that support the fight against hunger and homelessness. Check our website or Facebook for more details. We hope to see you at the restaurants! Please share these details with your friends and families as well.
As the holiday season approaches, we are looking to you to assist us in make our client's holiday season special. Our big Christmas for Caring event is coming up in early December, and we need your help. We are looking for community support for our Adopt a Child, Family Care Baskets, or Senior Care Boxes (Adopt a Senior). This program is entirely community driven through donations. We also need volunteers in our office during the weeks leading up to Christmas to help sort and organize the donations.
Mark your calendar for Aces and Ale Casino Night Fundraiser which will be held during the evening of February 27, 2016. We would love to have you join us as a volunteer as it takes many hands to make fun event a success.
