In this year's Annual Report, we reflect on some of the accomplishments in 2014, all of which are only possible because neighbors like YOU believe in our mission to help communities grow stronger. Whether it is a child needing early intervention services to be successful later in life, a frail vulnerable senior in need of a hot home delivered meal and a daily well-care check from our drivers, or someone who is homeless needing a bed to rest their head while they pick themselves up to find permanent housing, these are all real problems that YOU help us address every day.
