Are things heating up with markets or what? Of course things heat, thaw, and almost freeze. The financial world is like the weather---just when you think you've figured it out, it goes berserk.
Interestingly, the weather is easy to forecast today, yet more that 3 days out it's a crap shoot. For investing things work the opposite. Short-term, no one knows what will happen, yet long-term we have fairly good forecasting.
Thanks to Dr. Kenny Tobin's vigilance, I received a seminal video on the current state of the markets and investing. Watching the Shiller video is totally worth 25 minutes. WATCH IT!
For my video, I provide information for doctors aged 40-55 this month. Next month will be for the old guys.
Dave Ramsey is a favorite of mine and he must have drunk a dozen cups of coffee before for this video.
Warren Buffett nails it as usual.
More office dancing rounds out the show. I almost put in a Llttle Shop of Horrors video, yet will wait until later to offend some of you...
Thanks for all the comments on my videos. I'm always attempting to improve the content. Keep the comments, pro and con, coming.

Robert Shiller Says It All
25 minutes
This is one long video with a couple ads at the beginning. Yet, if there ever were one video that summarizes the current state of economic and investment affairs in the US, this is the one.
Robert Shiller, the Yale professor that predicted both the tech and the housing bubbles, provides commentary to Consuelo Mack.
Overall individual investment advice:
Bonds have performed better than stocks over the last 30 years. Shiller feels that stocks will beat bonds in the future.
Shiller likes broad diversification of US and International stocks yet thinks one ETF may outperform the rest of the stock market over the long run.
The current and future stock market:
Learn what CAPE is. Should one invest now? Why the market may go higher. Where value may be found now.
The current and future bond market:
Is it really in a bubble? Why Shiller sees long-term negative rates relative to inflation. What type of bond may be a good investing diversifier.
Housing:
Some city's markets are booming. It this the trend for all? Why there may be uncertainty for the market long-term.
Bottom Line: Take a 25 minute block of time on your lunch break. You won't regret it.
