IPFW to Launch Fresh, New Events Calendar
IPFW is set to unveil a new, modern campus calendar over the next few weeks and months. Faculty and staff will be able to submit events to the calendar, with unit publishers designated to review and publish events.
The redesigned dotCMS calendar will offer dozens of new capabilities, such as:
- Featured events
- Banner images
- Wayfinding
- Advanced search
- Social sharing
- Calendar subscribing
- and more
Information for events taking place after Friday, May 20, will not move to the new calendar. Calendar publishers should wait until further notice to post any events in dotCMS taking place after that date. Events taking place before May 20 may be published.
Details about the change----including the specific launch date, policies, content standards, training, and support----will be shared with the campus during the coming weeks and months.
