It is with great sadness that we share the following news. Sarah Merchant, director of the ETCS Student Success Center, passed away Thursday morning (March 12). Sarah joined IPFW in 2001 and was a real advocate for our ETCS students. She was also our best bridge with the Office of Student Affairs. Sarah strengthened IPFW's focus as a student-centered university. She earned the respect and love of many students and colleagues on campus. Calling will be held at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Rd, Sunday, March 15, from 2 to 5 p.m. Services will be in Janesville, Wis., Wednesday, March 18.
