Enrollment Management Joins Academic Affairs
In order to more closely link student recruiting, admissions, and enrollment support services with the academic units and leadership, the enrollment management functions (Admissions, Registrar, and Financial Aid) will be shifted from the Office of Student Affairs to the Office of Academic Affairs. This change will take effect July 1, 2015. This shift gives the university an opportunity to integrate leaders at both the departmental and college level into every aspect of the enrollment management process, with a strong focus on recruiting, retention, and the relationship between the two. Vice Chancellor George McClellan provided tremendous leadership and innovation to Enrollment Management. His efforts significantly advanced the organization over the past several years. His accomplishments are deeply appreciated.
