COAS Symposium on Teaching and Learning
Contribute to the success of working-class students

The 5th annual College of Arts and Sciences (COAS) Symposium on Teaching and Learning will be held Thursday, January 8, at 10 a.m. in Liberal Arts Building, Room 159. All IPFW faculty and staff are invited to attend the keynote address, "Class Matters: The Role of Faculty in Working-Class Student Success," by Sherry Lee Linkon, professor of English and director of the writing program at Georgetown University. Linkon will discuss the roles faculty play in helping working-class students succeed in the classroom. For full details about Linkon and her presentation, go to the symposium webpage. Registration is required by Wednesday, December 31, at noon.
Free/Discounted Basketball Tickets during Holiday Break
During the holiday break the Athletics department will be offering complimentary tickets to all faculty and staff and a discounted ticket for each faculty and staff guest.
