The search committee for the new Division of Continuing Studies executive director has scheduled open interview sessions on July 22 and 23. Both interviews will be in Kettler Hall, Room 146, from 1 to 1:50 p.m. All members of the campus community are invited to attend.

Jack Ulmer Memorial Award Nominations

The Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs is seeking nominations for the 2014 Jack Ulmer Memorial Award, which is presented annually to an IPFW staff or faculty member who has done exemplary work in the following areas:
Individual service to students of color and/or students with disabilities through advising, counseling, or mentoring;
Service to students of color and/or students with disabilities as an advisor to student organizations or through other co-curricular activity;
Creativity in making improvements or creating new programs to meet the needs of students of color and/or students with disabilities.
John P. "Jack" Ulmer was dean of students at IPFW from 1965 to 1988. During his tenure he was committed to diversity and service to students of color and students with disabilities. He championed the creation of the Office of Multicultural Services, which is known today as the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs (ODMA).
