Office of International Education Offers
New Study Abroad Program
Flags The Office of International Education has announced a new Study Abroad program opportunity for IPFW students. The university is now a member of International Student Exchange Programs (ISEP), an international network of more than 340 universities in over 50 countries.
      IPFW students now have access to more than 150 international sites for semester, summer, and year-long programs of study. Students will only pay IPFW tuition, meals, housing, airfare, and a small program fee.  Read the story
Revised Policy Ensures Consistency and Flexibility in University Policies 
The Executive Policy Review Group has approved revisions to the policy on Formulation and Issuance of Policies (V.C.1). The changes, effective April 1, incorporate a new hierarchy for university policies and supporting documents, which will allow for increased flexibility in reviewing, approving, and updating these documents. The revisions also include principles to ensure that university policies are consistent, reasonable, and core to the mission. Full text of revised policy
Host Families Needed for International Students 

International Students ELS Language Centers, located on the IPFW campus, is looking for families to host international students attending ELS. In order to offset costs for food and utilities, a generous stipend is offered per student/per month.

Commencement Procedures, Rental Information 

Graduates All faculty and administrative staff are invited to attend the Commencement ceremony, Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at 4 p.m. Join the university community in celebrating what IPFW is all about----seeing our students become our graduates.

      The faculty/administrator R.S.V.P. for the ceremony, rental information pricing, and procedures can be found on the Commencement website. Rental apparel orders placed after April 3 will be subject to a late fee.

Study Abroad Program: The Art of Italy  Byzantine mozaic

The Department of Fine Arts is excited to announce its 2014 Study Abroad program, The Art of Italy. After touring historic sites  and museums in Rome, participants will travel to Venice, Padua, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Siena. It's guaranteed to be an amazing art adventure!

IPFW Athletics Update
Men's volleyball had a tough time last week but remained no. 14 in the AVCA Division I-II Men's Poll. The Dons led two sets to one against no. 11 Lewis last Thursday before falling in the fourth set 25--19 and the fifth set 18--16. The team fell again Saturday to no. 1 Loyola in three sets, 20--25, 13--25, and 22--25. The Dons look to get back on the winning track this week as they travel to Ohio State Friday. The team will return home for the final two home matches of the 2014 season, Friday, April 11 versus Quincy and Saturday, April 12 against Lindenwood.
