Mastodon Blend at Old Crown Coffee Roasters
Over the summer, the Chancellor's office formed a partnership with Old Crown Coffee Roasters to develop an exclusive IPFW coffee, Mastodon Blend----a complex coffee made with exceptional beans from around the world. In the cup, look for heavy aromatics of dark chocolate coupled with smoky, spicy earthiness. The dark chocolate also forms a sturdy base on the palate followed by touches of caramel with a long-lasting filbert and walnut finish. This coffee is silky smooth. Old Crown Coffee Roasters is an IPFW alumni-owned and operated business specializing in coffee, food, and fun since 1999. Anyone who is interested in purchasing the Mastodon Blend can call Old Crown at 1-888-ROASTER. They ask for at least a 24-hour notice for orders. The coffee can be ordered in one-half or one-pound bags in ground or whole bean.
