Performance Management Training
Performance management is an integral part of encouraging staff to higher levels of achievement and service. A new Purdue system-wide performance evaluation policy was put in place in January 2012 and established that each staff member will receive a written performance evaluation annually beginning in 2013.

Human Resources will provide training to anyone who missed last year's training session or would like a refresher. This training provides information about the policy and is for employees and supervisors. Training will be held in the HR Training Room in Kettler Hall, Room G06 (the old bookstore location).
