Office of International Education Moves to Academic Affairs
In an effort to bring more academic efforts to IPFW's international work, the Office of International Education (OIE) is now a part of the Office of Academic Affairs. Steven T. Sarratore, interim vice chancellor for academic affairs, says he is very pleased to welcome OIE to Academic Affairs. "While the OIE will continue its excellent work partnering with Student Affairs and other campus constituencies, this is a wonderful opportunity to actively pursue expanded academic partnerships with international universities and with our own local international communities. The goals for OIE will continue to be providing international study opportunities for our students, international research opportunities for our faculty, and to bring students from across the world to study at IPFW." Services provided by OIE include:
- International Student and Scholar Services
- International Undergraduate Student Recruitment and Admissions
- International Programs/Study Abroad
- Management of International Cooperation Agreements
- Immigration Processing for International Faculty and Staff
