On Thursday, May 23, 2013, Sapp Road SW near the intersection with Antsen Street SW, will have intermittent lane closures in both eastbound and westbound lanes throughout the day, to allow a private contractor to do utility work in the right-of-way.
 

It is recommended that local travel through these areas be minimized and that alternate routes used when possible. Buses and emergency vehicles will have priority access through the construction zone.
 

InfraSource, Inc. is scheduled to lower an existing gas line along Sapp Road SW, on behalf of Puget Sound Energy. The contractor will provide traffic control signs and flaggers to alternate traffic flow through the area. All lanes will be open for two-way traffic by 4:30 p.m.
