Beginning Monday May 13, through Friday, May 17, 88th Avenue SE, from the intersection of Select Court and west just past the Washington State DNR complex, will have intermittent lane closures to allow a contractor to do utility work on the north side of 88th Avenue SE, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. The work is expected to be complete by Friday, May 17. 
 

It is recommended that local travel through these areas be minimized and that alternate routes used when possible. Buses and emergency vehicles will have priority access through the construction zone.
 

The contractor, InfraSource, Inc., is scheduled to install a gas line along the north side of 88th Avenue SE, on behalf of Puget Sound Energy. The contractors will provide traffic control signs and flaggers to alternate traffic flow through the area. All lanes will be open for two-way traffic by 5:00 p.m. daily.
