He successfully directed teams in the World Rally Championship, the Paris-Dakar Rally and in the Le Mans 24 Hours Race. He then moved on to Formula One, managing the Ferrari Team to win 14 World Championship titles (drivers and manufacturers). Jean will be in conversation with the BBC's James Allen.

The latest issue of the Fund's newsletter, The Marshal, is now available from www.motorsportsafetyfund.com. It contains details of two new, brief films: Stay safe  (a guide for spectators) and First on the scene, which gives basic advice if you happen to be first on the scene of an accident, whether in motorsport or on the road. Both films are available for free download from the website.

Finally, the Fund once again has its motorsport clipboards available. These can be ordered via the website at a cost of 10 and have sealed-in information on the radio alphabet, special stage signage, conversion scales and much more.
