Patient Testimonia

"The therapist knew what therapy I needed for my particular problem and my initial "bad" pain is gone and I am able to control my slight pain at times with exercises, ice, and medication.

I was always able to get an appointment to fit my time schedule.  Very friendly atmosphere in the facility.  It was easy to get to and I got the treatment I needed."

Our Tri-County/Fairfield Center is located at 530B Quality Boulevard, Fairfield, OH 45014.  We are located right next to GameTime Training Center, where we provide athletic training coverage for the Cincinnati Kings Pro Indoor Team and the Fairfield Optimist Soccer Club (FOSC).

Jeff Krechting, PT, MPT, OCS, is the new Tri-County/Fairfield Center manager!  Jeff received both his undergraduate and masters degrees from the College of Mount St. Joseph and is a graduate of LaSalle High School.  He recently became an orthopedic certified specialist, which allows him to provide specialized care to people with bone fractures, abnormalities of the skeletal system, and other orthopedic problems.  Jeff is excited about becoming the new Tri-County/Fairfield Manager and he looks forward to meeting you!

Chris Paul, PT, DPT, is new to the Tri-County/Fairfield Center.  Chris previously worked in our Oxford and Hamilton Centers, but he is now located in our Tri-County/Fairfield and Hamilton Centers.  Chris received both his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from the University of Cincinnati.  He enjoys treating all types of injuries and enjoys helping others any way that he can.

Brad Wagner, ATC, is also part of the staff at the Tri-County/Fairfield Center.  Brad received his athletic training degree from Xavier University.  In addition to providing athletic training for multiple organizations, Brad runs the transition program, which is discussed in the next section of our newsletter.

We also have two graduate assistants that are located in our Tri-County/Fairfield Center.  Ryan Williams, ATC, and Hannah McMillin, ATC, who are both studying at Miami University.  Ryan has the primary responsibility of caring for the athletes at Cincinnati Christian High School, as well as the soccer players for the Fairfield Optimist Soccer Club.  Hannah is the primary athletic trainer for New Miami High School, Miami Hamilton, and Miami University club sports.

In addition to Jeff, Chris, Brad, Ryan, and Hannah, there are many PT Aides: Kimmie, Patrick, Rachel, and Michael.  Tiffany and Cielo, who are our front desk staff, greet and schedule patients with a smile.  All of these team members are invested in your success!

Transition Program

Transition Program

We currently offer the transition program at our Tri-County/Fairfield Center.  The transition program is designed to help patients transition from a clinical based physical therapy program to an activity based program.  The cost effective program helps patients transition back to work, sports, or any recreational activity they enjoy.

When participating in the transition program, our clinicians will introduce you to exercises specific to your interests.  The transition program will build an exercise regimen with your particular goals and interests in mind.  The licensed athletic trainer overseeing your program will work in conjunction with your licensed physical therapist and/or physical therapist assistant to ensure that the program is not only safe, but effective as well.

Each client is different therefore you might need multiple sessions or you may need a couple of sessions to get you where you want to go.  Below is a breakdown of the differences between the group program and the individual program.

Group Program (2-4 people)

  • Will work with a licensed healthcare provider
  • 60 Minute Session
  • Performance & Maintenance Exercise
  • Functional Training

Individual Program

  • Access to licensed healthcare provider
  • Appropriate exercise prescription and progressions provided
  • 45 Minute Session
  • Full use of facility

Although the program is currently being offered only in our Tri-County/Fairfield Center, any patient outside of the Tri-County/Fairfield Center would be eligible to participate.  Each participant will be evaluated to determine the appropriate number of sessions.

Please feel free to contact Brad Wagner, ATC, at 513.874.1999 or click here for more information regarding the transition program.
