Kerry Peck Writes Book on Alzheimer's and the Law

Alzheimer's and the Practice of Law is a dynamic book aimed at helping readers better understand the legal implications that an Alzheimer's diagnosis has over an individual's future.
Written by Chicago Litigation Attorney Kerry Peck and Rick Law, Alzheimer's and the Practice of Law is designed to give attorneys the knowledge needed guide their clients diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. The ground-breaking book addresses ethics, health care options, asset protection strategies, and other long term care strategies.
Kerry Peck concentrates his practice on trust and estate litigation, estate planning and administration, probate, guardianship, and elder law. He is the past president of the 22,000-lawyer Chicago Bar Association. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association's Commission on Law and Aging. Peck is chair of the Illinois State Bar Association's Elder Law Section Council. Kerry is also a member of Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Illinois Chapter.
Additional contributors to this book include Brandon Peck and Diana Law. The book's Forward was written by acclaimed author Scott Turow.
