Chicago Litigation Attorney, Brandon Peck, Selected Director of the Young Lawyers Section of CBA

 

Brandon Peck of Peck Bloom, LLC has recently been selected as a Director of the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA). Peck is a Chicago litigation attorney who specializes in trust litigation, probate litigation, fiduciary defense litigation, elder law and estate administration with an emphasis on contested wills and estates. His clients include individuals, families, financial institutions and medical institutions.

Brandon Peck has been a member of the Young Lawyer's Section (YLS) of the CBA since 2009. He most recently served as co-chair of the Section's Estate Planning Committee from 2011-2012. As Director, Peck will serve on the Executive Council of the YLS alongside eight other Directors, nine Officers and Committee Chairs.

 

Peck received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. During his time at the University's College of Law he provided pro bono legal services to the community as a Rule 711 Licensed Student Attorney and later as a clinical assistant.

 

After joining Peck Bloom, Brandon Peck became active in the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Junior Board of the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Illinois Chapter and the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce. Peck has been published in Chicago Hospital News and Connections Suburban Elder Justice Newsletter.

The Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the professional development of Illinois attorneys through Illinois-focused practice guidance. Mr. Peck's work on this project is on a volunteer basis.
