Bradley J. Frigon, owner of the Law Offices of Bradley J. Frigon, LLC, has been appointed President of the 2014-2015 National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), effective June 1, 2014.

Brad previously served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President and President Elect in addition to chairing numerous committees and educational institutes. Brad has sat on the NAELA Board of Directors since 2006. In his new role as President, Brad will work with the NAELA Executive Committee and staff to achieve the Academy's objective of improving the quality of legal services provided to seniors and people with special needs. He will also serve as the chief spokesperson for NAELA.

"This is an exciting time to be leading NAELA," said Brad. "This organization supports and advances our member attorneys through networking, educational programs and public policy initiatives in tandem with advocating for older Americans and special needs individuals."

Brad founded the Englewood, Colorado-based Law Offices of Bradley J. Frigon in 2001. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP) with NAELA, an Adjunct Professor of Law in the Masters of Elder Law Program at Stetson University College of Law (Gulfport, Florida), and a Colorado Super Lawyer. Brad is also a nationally recognized speaker and author in areas that include retirement, taxation, and estate law. The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA) is a professional attorney association specializing in advocacy on behalf of aging Americans and disabled Americans.
