Hello all,

Ok, so I am a bit delayed getting this newsletter out.  I had great intentions and then (thank goodness) the cabin had very poor Internet service.  So, I had to take hikes, play yahtzee and just while away the hours.  Know this, you were on my mind.

Why were you on my mind you ask?  Well it is because It is an interesting time of the year for a roofing company.
  • Do you find yourself wondering about the monsoons?
  • Will it be a wet year?
  • Will the monsoons come with microbursts this year?
  • Well we do!

We get so busy during the monsoons that it seems we just can't help everyone. We want to help everyone-but we can't.  Everyone-and your neighbor-becomes aware of their roofing issues at the exact same moment.  Every year we wish folks come to realize that the best time to work with a roofing company is when it is dry.  Not only will we be busy during the monsoons, but any meaningful repair will have to wait until your roof is dry.

It is kind of like windshield wipers-you don't even

think about them until it is raining.  Only with

windshield wipers you pull into AutoZone and

in 15 minutes it is problem solved.  Not so with

roofing-remediation takes days and the line

to wait becomes long in a hurry.

  • Did you know that we can tell you if a leak is eminent, before it leaks?
  • Did you know that by the time a leak is revealed it has already traveled through your attic space and cost you far more than if you prevented the leak in the first place?
  • How do you know when to call for an inspection?  Let's put it this way:  If you haven't even thought about your roof for a decade-it's probably time.  Call now!

Ok, breathe.  I got it out.  I shared the insight that needs to be shared.  This is not a sales call-it is a legitimate concern, please accept it as such.

Best always,

Ann Pepper

Happy Father's Day!

father's day lion

"When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be twenty-one, I was astonished at how much he had learned in seven years."

 ~Mark Twain

Raising a kid is like sending a rocket ship to the moon. You spend the early years in constant contact and then one day, around the teenage years, they go around the dark side and they're gone. All you can do is wait for that faint signal that says they're coming back
~Modern Family
Kidding aside, I can't imagine a role more important.
To all the fathers and father figures out there...
Enjoy your day!
