Hello friends.
 Has it really been a month since we visited last? So last month I was talking about spring in Arizona-it really doesn't get better than that. I am still loving it out there. The days are getting warmer- but those mornings and evenings-perfection.
Did everyone enjoy their Cinco de Mayo celebration this past weekend? On Saturday 5/4 I went down to the Science Center to see the Genius of DaVinci exhibit with two 14 year olds. Did you know that Saturday was Star Wars Day? May the 4th be with you. I love teenage humor.
I sense a general state of optimism. Property values are on the rise. Employment confidence is higher. I am starting to see more new construction and remodels happening. I am hesitant to say it but I think things are getting better out there. There is a lot of pent up shopping tension that needs to be released. (That's what I told my husband anyway) How long can we go without doing something new and pretty right?! That's right, my suggestion, get out there and do your part for the greater good-consider a new roof! haha. Kidding aside... getting a new roof is like turning back the clock on the life of your house. Let us know if we can assist in any way.

They are in the top 50 schools chosen out of 1500 schools in America for their 4 pairs of shoes, designed by students, in the following themes: Art, Music, Local Flavor (Arizona), and Sports . The top 5 finalists win $4000, while the top winner wins $50,000 for their art programs.
