Magical Mountains of Montenegro
Juliet Bay of Kotor, Montenegro
Dobar dan iz Montenegro !

Where do I start trying to explain the experience of Montenegro ?
This small eastern European country is just celebrating its 10th anniversary as an independent nation on May 21st, 2016.
It is the youngest country in Europe and
one of the least expensive.
J&J Tivat, Montenegro

We flew into Podgorico, the current capital of the country and were met by "Hugh", a real character with who has
"all the connections".
He originally hails from England, but has spent years living around the world, looking for "quality of life", including
J & Hugh Budva, Montenegromany years in Kenya, and the past 10
years in Montenegro.
He drove us down the Mediterranean
coast, where you can see development
exploding on the beach in Budva.
We spent a night in the historical port
town of Tivat.
Then Jessica & I traversed the coastal mountains and didn't see a soul other than these herds of shaggy mountain goats watching us pass and then continued down to the historical city of Kotor, a UNESCO world heritage site,  located in the southernmost fjord in the world
J Kotor, Montenegro
We stayed in a quaint little place inside the old walled town with cobblestone streets and tiny lanes and alleyways, filled with restaurants, patios, shopping for everything you could think of.
Cruise ships from all the major cruiselines arrive every day, so if you are thinking of a Mediterranean cruise, make sure to get one that stops in Kotor, named as the # 1 City to Visit by Lonely Planet

J Lady of the Rocks Island, Montenegro
We visited the legendary island
that has a unique history and is the shape of a boat off the coast from Perast, a quaint village with wonderful cafe's and restaurants in the same fjord.

Danger Sign Zip Line Montenegro
Then we travelled inland through valleys and at the top of a mountain we saw a sign for ziplining - Jessica had seen several broken cables along the valley floor and the Danger sign & opted out, and the guy running it had a broken leg... but I decided I had to give it a try - one of those things about "conquering fears" and
going out of your Zip Line Montenegrocomfort zone !
Whether your fear is of talking to a
prospect or jumping on a zip line ~
it is terrifying before you try it, but the
sense of accomplishment after
overcoming a Fear is incomparable!

J&J Zora Njegusi
We arrived at our B&B in Njegusi, where the family makes their own naturally smoked prosciutto, cheeses, wines and raki, right on the premises ~ no preservatives or chemicals !

We spent Mothers Day together and we ended up trying too much of everything they made that night ~ the food, the wine, and I am NEVER drinking raki again !

J&J Lovcen, Montenegro
We then headed up to Lovcen National Park and stayed at a charming 4 Star boutique hotel operated by the government inside the park.
The service was incredible - 25 employees for 7 rooms , with delicious 4 course meals.
J cliff Lovcen, Montenegro

On the top of the second highest
mountain in the country is the   magnificent Mausoleum, the tomb of Montenegro's greatest hero, Petar Njegos, boastinspectacular 360 degree views of 75% of the country on a clear day.

From there we headed down to the Old
Royal Capital of Cetinje, a city just oozing
with culture - from the palaces, museums
and former embassies to the individual
stone buildings and way of life.

If you are looking to do something
different in Europe and explore a new
Old City Montenegro
country, try the food, absorb the culture and meet the people ~

I would highly recommend Montenegro !
You can stop in Kotor on a cruise ship, or

Surge365 Convention
YOUR GOALS ~ 90 DAYS TO CONVENTION :

Write them down
At the top of a sheet of paper, write down your goals.
Make them SPECIFIC and MEASURABLE.
Describe exactly what you want: e.g. reach Team Builder Leader, Regional Builder or National Builder; become a Director; earn the Presidential Ring, help 10 people on your team become Team Builder Leaders, Regional Builder or National Builder.
List the Personal Benefits
-WHY you want to achieve a goal is more important than the goal itself. Ask yourself what value you will receive from this goal and make a list of all the ways you and others in your life will personally benefit.
Analyze Where You Are
You need to know where you're starting from and what tools you possess. So take a few minutes to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities that relate to achieving your goal.
Identify Strategies to Keep You On Track
List the ways you can keep your goal fresh in your mind. You can create a "dream board" or Mission Statement and place it in a highly visible area. You could carry 3X5 cards or even set it up as a screen saver on your cell or computer monitor for a constant, energizing reminder of what you want!
Identify Your Investment
What are you ready to give in order to achieve this goal? List everything including time and money you plan to invest, plus any activities that you anticipate you will need to eliminate or add into your life to make it happen.
Determine New Learning Requirements
List additional knowledge or information you'll need to acquire or which to have access. There is so much training available, like the Champions team website: SurgeChampions , the Champions Daily Activity Accountability Program from Spring Training, the weekly product webinars, the Wealth Builder Academy, a multitude of self-improvement books, and your Directors team calls or training events.
Take advantage of these tools.
Connect with Your Support Team
List the people - upline, sideline, friends & family that you want help or support from, as well as what part they will play. Also designate a friend or mentor as your primary sounding board; someone who can cheer you on and also help you be accountable to accomplishing what you set out to do. Choose a "work out" partner. A major benefit of involving others is the ability to glean additional experience, knowledge and wisdom! Don't go it alone. We all need help!
Develop Your Plan
Identify the beginning actions you will take. Break larger tasks into smaller steps that are simpler to accomplish. Create a general "roadmap" to your destination, but don't get too set on HOW you're going to get there. Remember that life often brings up other possibilities that can give you options you didn't anticipate! Be flexible and make necessary adjustment as long as you moving forward toward the goal.
Set Your Target Dates
Determine on what date you will achieve this goal, and write it down. If you miss the date, adjust. Again, keep moving forward.
I want you to set one goal for the next week, another goal by our National Convention, and another one for the end of 2016.
Reward Yourself and Celebrate
Identify how you will reward yourself for achieving this goal and write it down. A goal achieved is a powerful example of consistency and hard work. You deserve to celebrate it!
Focus on one goal at a time, and work through this 10-Step Process with each one that's important to you. Remember that success is not a spectator sport. You can't expect to arrive at success without having planned for and made the trip! Using these simple steps will get you on the road; just remember to keep your foot on the accelerator!

One more important point ~

Stay positive & eliminate negative influences and distractions that will hold you back.
