Marilyn has worked at The Village Shoppes for 23 years, while Julie has been with us for six. During Marilyn's tenure, she has served as our fresh floral delivery person as well as a Sales Associate, putting in time at all three of our sales counters! If you do that math, you can figure out that "twenty-something" Julie was born just a year or two before Marilyn started working here. Julie has natural talent because, despite her young age, she is amazing at designing our kitchen and dining vignettes as well as stylishly dressing our mannequins with our latest trendy fashions!
It is truly our pleasure to have this mother-daughter team as an essential part of The Village Shoppes' family!

I was a little bit puzzled by this sign I saw posted at a local park when out for a walk with Bill recently...
 Worry wildlife?! How can I "worry" wildlife?!
Then Bill explained it to me with the following example: I shouldn't run up to a bird and suggest to it that the bump on its beak might be a tumor.
Now I get it!
