March Decorating Tip
~Turn Your Bookcase Into A Home Gallery!~Bookcases can be both functional and pleasing to the eye when you allow them to work doubletime...as storage for your books and as a display case for your best-loved collections and accessories!
Create a "home gallery" by showcasing your decorative trays, plates, mirrors, photos, and other artwork on the shelves of your bookcase. Simply lean your desired piece against the back of the bookcase and anchor them with books or a heavier object. Easier yet, use a display stand. Keep your display visually interesting by stacking books on their side and using them as a platform to vary the height of and bringing attention to a special accessory. Decorative boxes and pedestals can also serve this same purpose. Resist the urge to pack the shelves entirely full with decor. This will only result in an unorganized, cluttery-look (and gives you way too much to dust!).  Don't forget to "top off" your gallery by decorating the top of the bookcase. Display tall vases, substantial pottery, and other big, dramatic pieces that won't fit on the shelves below.  It's easy and fun to change the look of your bookcase "gallery" by occasionally rearranging and refreshing the items on display, which also may fulfill that creative urge within you.  Make your "showcase bookcase" a reflection of you...a place for your guests to linger, perhaps even learning something new about you just by looking at the special items in your "home gallery"! True Tales from Bella
Because rabbits have a very rapid reproductive rate, they are often used as a symbol of rebirth, which may be why they are associated with Easter.
A female rabbit is able to have her first litter, consisting of 4-12 "kits", at only 6 months of age. With breeding season lasting nine months and the gestation period being just 30 days for each litter, the average female rabbit can produce as many as 800 children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in her 9-12 year lifespan!
